By accessing and using RK Resume Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RK Resume Services provides three core services: ATS Resume (including Basic and Customized cover letters), LinkedIn Profile Optimization, and Job Application Management. All services are provided on a best-effort basis with respect to industry best practices.

• ATS Resume (ATS-friendly formatting, keyword optimization, cover letters)
• LinkedIn Optimization (headline, About, Experience, Skills, Featured)
• Job Application Management (target-role setup, application tracking, reporting)

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) for clients in the USA. We accept payments in USD ($) via major US and international credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. International clients are billed in USD at the prevailing exchange rate of their payment provider.

• Payment is required before work begins on your resume.
• We offer revisions as defined by each plan (1–3 revision rounds per plan).
• Refunds are available within 7 days if we fail to deliver the service as agreed.
• Custom or enterprise packages may have different terms as agreed in writing.

4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery is 48-72 hours from order confirmation. Express delivery is available at an additional cost for expedited processing within 24 hours.

5. Limitations of Liability

RK Resume Services is not responsible for employment outcomes. Our services are intended to enhance your resume and job search materials, but we cannot guarantee interview calls or job offers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, design, and written material, is the intellectual property of RK Resume Services and may not be reproduced without permission. Resumes delivered to you become your property for personal use in your job applications.

7. International Clients

RK Resume Services proudly serves clients in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and 20+ other countries. We create resumes and CVs that follow the hiring standards of your target country — including US resume format, UK CV format, Canadian resume format, and Australian CV format. Our support team works across time zones to accommodate your schedule.
